KESKASEMSOOK HOUSE

A party house built on 880 square meter land at the edge of the golf course in Lumlukka,
Prathumtani on the outskirt of Bangkok. It is used as a primary residence during retirement and a
place for family, friends and golfers gathering.

The longitudinal of the L-shape building runs from north to south line with most of the room
overlooking the golf course, allowing optimum ventilation, intake of fresh air and lots of natural
light, with scenic views of its surrounding.

The 6 meter wide sliding entrance gate allows visitors to access to a double car driveway that
continues to a high roof carport for 4 cars. The driveway is located on the edge of the property to reduce spacing between driveways. Storage, laundry and driver toilet are located in the west side of the house to reduce heat and
provide privacy.

The land has been filled to the a depth of 1 meter above street level and the ground floor has beenbuilt 1 meter higher than the garage floor to prevent floods.
The large front porch is a place for greeting visitors or resting before entering the house or verandah.

The first thing visitors will notice when enter the house is the open kitchen that connects to the
living room with a full set of sofas and love seats suitable for 10-12 people.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms; two on the upper floor and two on the ground floor, ideal of the elder.
