Real So Ok

SOOK Architect make a wordplay of their office's name with the concept 'Real So Ok'. They point out that with the cases of flooding today, we cannot predict the level of the water, this is due to climate change, natural disasters, right up to problems with modern technologies. The design from this practice therefore comes in the form of a two-story house with a lightweight structure and a base that acts as a water tank that allows the house to float when the water level is higher than usual. There are also solar cells on the roof for generating electricity, as well as landscaping on the site, which helps to manage resources and prevent flooding.
